Tonight’s dinner was a quick and easy recipe from Paleo Magazine. I didn’t have the exact spices the recipe called for, but I made some quick substitutions and it still turned out great, I thought. Get the recipe here.
Here’s a tip: Buy frozen boneless, skinless chicken breasts and always keep one in the fridge so it’s thawed. I like this kind because they are individually wrapped and I can just pop one in the fridge. You could also just throw one in a Ziploc baggie.
